A General Meeting of SAI Global Limited (“SAI”) is being convened today at 10:00am (AEST). Pursuant to Listing Rule 3.13.3 a copy of the chairperson’s prepared address is attached. The outcome in respect of each of the resolutions to be put to the meeting will be announced after the meeting has been held.
