Sydney, Australia, 15 August 2008. The Board of SAI Global Limited (“SAI”) today announced the appointments of Mr W. Peter Day and Mr Andrew Dutton as non-executive directors of the Company, effective today.

Mr Day was most recently Executive General Manager Finance (Chief Financial Officer) for the global packaging group Amcor. He has a diversified background in finance and general management in mining, manufacturing, food and financial services industries, as well as a number of public interest areas. He has held senior executive positions with Bonlac Foods, Rio Tinto, CRA and Comalco. He is a former Chairman of the Australian Accounting Standards Board, and was Deputy Chairman of the Australian Securities & Investments Commission. Mr Day is Chairman of Orbital Corporation Limited and a non executive director of Ansell Limited and Multiple Sclerosis Limited.

Andrew Dutton, BSc
Mr Dutton was most recently Senior Vice President and General Manager, International at Computer Associates, one of the world’s largest information technology companies, prior to which he held senior executive positions at IBM, BEA Systems, and Lend Lease, including finance, marketing and sales and leadership roles. Having lived in Europe and Asia for nearly 20 years he has solid experience in formulating and executing corporate strategies in a number of emerging markets in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific regions.
