SAI Global acquires GRC solutions provider


Melbourne, Australia - March 6, 2008 – SAI Global Limited (ASX: SAI) has acquired the operating assets of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software solutions provider, 80-20 Software Pty Limited, and its North American subsidiary, 80-20 Software Inc. (http://www.80-20.com/)

The combination of expertise and products will enable immediate expansion of the portfolio of GRC capabilities and breadth of skills SAI Global can offer to its clients globally.
