SAI Global Product Certification requires a Client Manager Gas Appliances and Plumbing Products. This position is based in Melbourne.

Duties for the role include:
• Technical Assessment of gas appliances and plumbing products
• Conducting product and manufacturing site audits
• Coordinating with all relevant individuals and groups within SAI Global and external organisations, such as laboratories, to ensure optimal customer service

Key Criteria for the role include:
• Relevant Gas Appliances industry experience
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in engineering or science
• Working knowledge of Gas Codes/Standards and regulatory requirements is preferred
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Experience in quality auditing and/or product certification is preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• Strong customer service skills
