Job Scope and Accountabilities:
The GRC Manager will be responsible for helping achieve the North American GRC software business goals. The GRC Manager will provide sales support including pre-sales support, RFP support and services support in addition to being directly charged with achieving sales in missionary accounts. The GRC Manager will work with the sales team to help define the requirements and target markets and support business development opportunities. The GRC Manager will provide analysis and recommendations on emerging industry trends, which in combination with competitive knowledge, will help set the direction for our global and Americas GRC products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for helping to achieve the North American GRC business goals. • Develop and implement a business case and product map for the GRC software products that defines the North American market needs and integrates them with other regionally specific needs to develop one product that’s acceptable to the global marketplace. The business case should include: • Definition of the North American target market, including industries, company profile, etc. • 2-3 focus market segments in which SAI Global can be uniquely successful and identify the resources needed to execute in those market segments. • Collaborate with global colleagues to define and drive the success of the GRC product line. • Assist EMEA as needed on missionary GRC software sales and implementation on an opportunistic basis. • Responsible for defining positioning and collateral within target markets and collaborating with Marketing on marketing programs to ensure success. • Responsible for defining solution requirements in collaboration with Sales and Services. • Collaborate with the Technology Team to implement a North American Hosting Infrastructure. • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Marketing to develop a Lead Generation Program. • Partner with Field Sales to qualify opportunities and lead sales efforts on selected, key GRC software accounts. • Responsible for GRC market and solution knowledge transfer to SAI Global North American sales team. • Develop a program targeted to existing SAI Global compliance training customers that will sell/cross sell SAI Global’s existing services. • Review implementation plans and champion product enhancements that will streamline and optimize customer implementations. • Define customer solution requirements and champion product enhancements with assistance of Services Department. • Lead implementation review meetings. • Identify and champion potential partnerships that may be necessary to complete or compliment our GRC solution offering. • Recommend and represent SAI Global at a variety of events and forums including the OCEG Technology Council.
Experience Required:
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in the GRC field. • 5+ years of progressive experience in a product management role. • Experience in a regulatory or compliance role. • Good analytical skills. • Demonstrated success in delivering superior business results. • Strong communication skills (verbal/written), presentation and facilitation skills. • Knowledge of emerging consumer and industry trends. • Experience in implementation plans for new products including knowledge of market size, pricing, positioning and distribution.
Education/Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related field required.
