CQC-SAI Grand Opening

Distinguished guests, Madam Wang feng Qing, Dr. Alan Thomas and Mr. Sun Da Wei, ladies and gentlemen. Good morning!
In this beautiful season of Beijing，we have a great event to celebrate. Through two years of joint effort by China and Australia, having the approval of the Beijing municipal government, the CQC-SAI Management Technologies Co., Ltd. will be established in Beijing today. As the Chairman of the joint venture, I now have the honour to declare open CQC-SAI Management Technologies Co., Ltd.
---Let me introduce the distinguished guests that are in attendance today.
Madame Wang Feng Qing, Member of China National Political Consultative Committee, Chairlady of the Certification and Accreditation Association of China, Dr. Alan Thomas, Australian Ambassador to China, Mr. Sun Da Wei, Chief administrator of Certification Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA), Mr. Qi Jing An, from General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of PRC (AQSIQ), Mr. Sun Xiao Kang from State Standardization Committee, Mr. George Edwards Chairman of SAI Global and Mr. Ross Wraight, Chief Executive Officer of SAI Global, and President of CQC, Mr. Li Huailin
Participating today also are the leaders from Administration of Quality supervision and Inspection and Quarantine, Mr. Huang Jie and Mr. Li Hai Qing, Mr. Tian Zhuang, and from National Certification and Accreditation Association, Ms. Yu Shi Meng, Mr. Li Xiao lan,the representative from the Ministry of Commerce, Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the press, manufacturer representatives from both home and abroad, SAI Global representatives and CQC representatives. I, on behalf of China Quality Certification Center and its Australian partner SAI Global limited, would like to express our warmest welcome and sincere appreciation to all our leaders and guests.
The establishment of the joint venture is the result of the joint effort of CQC and SAI Global, and the support given by governmental branches in particular the guidance provided by Chairlady Wang and the support given by the CNCA. Here, I’d like to express my thanks to Madame Wang and all the leaders.

Thank you for the wonderful speech given by Mr.Li. The new company will draw on the network and expertise on management technologies of both organizations in China and globally.

CQC-SAI will keep the traditions of CQC and SAI, follow Company Law and the Charter of the joint-venture, group together to explore the market, deliver the economic and social benefits and make an active contribution to the economic and trade development of the two countries.
