Andy Wyszkowski
Global Head of Publishing and Compliance, SAI Global

Andy Wyszkowski has served as SAI Global’s Global Head of Publishing since July 2007 and Global Head of Compliance since October 2007. Mr. Wyszkowski brings over 30 years of leadership and management experience with intellectual property and technology businesses in a number of markets.

 

Mr. Wyszkowski was President of ProQuest Business Solutions (PQBS), an information services provider serving the automotive, power sports and heavy equipment markets. PQBS was a US $200M division of ProQuest Company with 900 employees across the US, Europe and Asia. Wyszkowski led the sale of PQBS to Snap-on for US $527M. Prior to PQBS, Wyszkowski was Vice President of Content and Delivery Technology at Thomson Corporation’s West Group, the largest legal publisher in the world, where he was responsible for West Group’s key 600 technologists. Prior to that, Wyszkowski held various senior level management positions at LexisNexis and Bibliographic Retrieval Services (BRS). Wyszkowski has over 30 years of management and leadership experience with electronic publishing entities and has a proven track record of growing organizations and developing and deploying successful electronic information products across a spectrum of markets.

Christine Mills
Senior Vice President, Sales (Americas)

Ms. Mills brings over 20 years of sales, sales leadership and business development experience in the technology, learning and compliance industries. Prior to joining SAI Global, Ms. Mills held various sales leadership roles at SkillSoft, including leading channel, federal, services, custom, inside sales and direct field sales. Most recently Ms. Mills served as SkillSoft’s Vice President, North American Solution Sales. Prior to SkillSoft she held business development and channel management roles at Unisys Corporation.

 

Timothy Lacey
Vice President, Services (Americas)

The Services organization provides SAI Global customers with the collaborative consulting support to implement compliance and risk management solutions. With more than 12 years of professional services management experience, Mr. Lacey’s role is to ensure that the service solutions, team and implementation methodologies meet customer expectations today and in the future. Previous to joining SAI Global, Mr. Lacey was the Areas Service Director, Professional Services for Kronos, Inc., a leading provider of workforce management solutions. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Professional Services for Responsys.

 

J C Kinnamon, Ph.D.
Vice President, Instructional Design

JC Kinnamon has been involved with e-learning product development for over 20 years, mostly with Midi, acquired by SAI Global in 2007. He oversees all aspects of the product creation process. As an industry expert, he is a frequent speaker on topics relating to the practical application of instructional design and learning theory to online training, emphasizing the SAI Global approach to courseware that employs story-based tutorials using streaming media. Dr. Kinnamon earned his Ph.D. from Columbia University in Educational Psychology. Dr. Kinnamon previously served as the Assistant Director, Office of Statewide Computer Policy and Instructional Technology for the New Jersey Department of Higher Education and a project manager for WNET/Thirteen television. He has served as an adjunct in the Computer Science Department at the College of New Jersey, teaching a course in multimedia design.
